2.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may hold only one account. Operating multiple accounts under the same identity is considered a violation and all accounts will be closed immediately. Related balances and bonuses may be forfeited.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

We may request necessary documents for identity verification (national ID card, passport, or similar government-issued document) at any time. Failure to provide documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

2.4 Password and Security

You are responsible for the security of your account. Keep your password confidential and do not share it with third parties. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. You are responsible for all activities conducted from your account.

3.1 Deposit Rules

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

3.3 Fraud Prevention

If we detect suspicious transactions or evidence of fraud, we reserve the right to suspend withdrawals and investigate the account. If fraud is proven during the investigation, all funds in the account may be forfeited.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

77acd offers new members a 100% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳8,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive this bonus. The bonus can be claimed once only.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing funds received from bonuses, a 15x wagering requirement must be met. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place ৳15,000 in bets before withdrawing. Only the actual deposited amount may be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is fulfilled.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• Multiple bonus offers may not apply at the same time.
• 77acd's decision is final regarding the awarding of bonuses.
• If bonus abuse is proven, the bonus will be cancelled.
• 77acd reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

4.4 VIP Program

77acd's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.4%), Gold (up to 0.6%), and Platinum (up to 0.8%). Higher tiers can be reached through regular and active participation. Cashback for each tier is automatically added to the account every week. 77acd reserves the right to modify VIP benefits.

5.1 Betting Limits

77acd sets minimum and maximum bet limits for various games and events. Details of specific limits are provided on the relevant game page. 77acd reserves the right to change betting limits at any time and for any reason.

5.2 Bet Cancellation and Forfeiture

We may cancel bets and forfeit winnings in any of the following circumstances:

• If incorrect odds or payouts are displayed due to a technical error.
• If evidence of match fixing or dishonest activity is found.
• If bets are placed using bots or automated software.
• If the single account policy is violated.

5.3 Event Cancellation and Suspension

If a sporting event (such as BPL, T20, or others) is cancelled or suspended, the related bets will be settled in accordance with 77acd's prevailing policy. Generally, bets are refunded if the event has not been played sufficiently.

5.4 Prohibited Betting Methods

Arbitrage betting, exploiting odds differences, and any strategy that gains an unfair advantage are strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, winnings will be forfeited and the account will be closed.

These terms and conditions are written in Bengali. In the event of any conflict with a translation or version in another language, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative.
